Terms
The plain version.
The free days
- The first 14 days are free, ask for no card, and include everything. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
- When they are over, everything you put in stays where it is and every PDF can still be downloaded. Changing anything needs a subscription.
The subscription
- $79 a month for up to 10 active jobs, or $99 a month for any number. A job is active until you mark it done. Everybody on your team is included.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe; JTS never sees your card number. Subscribe from Settings, during the free days or after them. Subscribing during them keeps the rest: the card is not charged until they are up.
- No refunds. The free days are there so you can see whether it works for your office before you pay anything.
- Stop any time from Settings. It takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Your team
- The owner decides who is on the account. Everybody on it can see and change every job; only the owner can pay, invite or remove people, and close the account.
What it is
- This tool does math on the numbers you give it. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Check results with your CPA, payroll provider or lawyer before you file anything.
- The Alabama retainage limits are built in as general information, with the law each one comes from. Your contract, and the facts of your job, can change what applies. The lien waivers are plain-English templates: have your own lawyer check one before you rely on it, or use the GC's own form.
- Drawline does not use or copy the American Institute of Architects' forms. If a GC requires their licensed form, you need your own licence from them; Drawline lists the numbers to copy into it.
- JTS keeps it running and keeps your records safe, but cannot promise it will never be down for a while. Keep your own copies of what you send and sign: Settings exports everything at any time.
- JTS can close an account that is used to hurt somebody or for something unlawful.
